I have just worked with a customer who has this problem with CIFS and =
3.1.0.4.

How do I check the cluster db version on each node?

You will also see it, quite legitimately, if the customer did not =
upgrade ALL nodes in the cluster to the same release. This is one of =
the reasons running with mixed versions is unsupported.

you may see this if cluster is not upgraded properly. looks like =
clusterdb rev for all nodes didn't change to appropriate level after the =
upgrade... check the clusterdb version on all nodes and verify that it =
is same.

Hi All,

=20

Has anyone seen this message or know whats it's cause? =
"command unavailable until cluster database has been upgraded. " While =
viewing the CIFS shares via GUI

I'm Thinking perhaps an artifact of the upgrade from 3.01.1 to 3.1.0.4. =
We tried restarting the browser and pointing to the other system w/same =
results. Is there perhaps some file(s) we can clean up?

All the CLI's seem to work fine like cluster show cluster vol show, CIFS =
show etc. Attached is a jpg for your viewing pleasure.

=20

TIA

Victor
